All payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Any applicable taxes, service charges, bank charges, or other fees will be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in the cancellation of your booking or additional charges imposed by the relevant travel supplier. 

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise company, insurance provider, or other service supplier. Any refund will be processed according to the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions. FlySailStay Travels may charge applicable service or cancellation fees.

Processing times for approved refunds may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the relevant travel supplier. 

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may involve additional charges or fare differences. FlySailStay Travels will assist customers with requested changes wherever possible.

5. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and other documents required for their journey.

FlySailStay Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

6. Travel Information

Customers are responsible for checking all travel requirements applicable to their destination, including entry requirements, visa regulations, health requirements, and government travel advisories.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

FlySailStay Travels acts as a travel agent and may arrange services provided by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise operators, car rental companies, and insurance providers. The terms and conditions of these suppliers may also apply.

8. Prices & Availability

All prices, fares, schedules, and availability are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed. Errors or omissions in published prices may be corrected at any time.

Quotations are provided based on information available at the time and do not guarantee availability until your booking has been confirmed.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. FlySailStay Travels is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Travel Disruptions

FlySailStay Travels is not responsible for travel disruptions, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in communicating with the relevant travel service provider wherever reasonably possible. 

11. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general information and may be updated or changed without prior notice. Users must not misuse, copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission.

All intellectual property rights in the website content remain the property of FlySailStay Travels or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity providing your booking and services. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to that legal entity, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
