Arrive in Jakarta, Indonesia’s energetic capital. After hotel check-in, enjoy some free time to relax or explore the city.
If you arrive early, discover Jakarta’s museums, including the National Museum, Wayang Museum or Maritime Museum. You can also visit Monas (National Monument), one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
Evening: Welcome meeting at 6:00 PM with your tour leader.

Board the train to Bandung, a beautiful former Dutch colonial city known for its cafés, art, shopping and architecture.

Today, escape Bandung for a scenic excursion to Mount Tangkuban Perahu, West Java's famous volcanic mountain.
Walk around the volcanic craters and enjoy spectacular views surrounded by pine forests and tea plantations.
Continue to a local tea plantation and factory, where you’ll learn about tea production, processing and the local tea industry.
Finish with a freshly brewed Indonesian tea tasting.
Afternoon: Return to Bandung for free time.

Travel by train and minivan to the peaceful Seloliman Nature Reserve, located on the slopes of sacred Mount Penanggungan.

Spend the afternoon surrounded by nature and enjoy a peaceful, technology-free evening.

One of the major highlights of your Indonesian adventure!
Travel by 4WD jeep to a spectacular viewpoint and watch the sunrise over Mount Bromo and the Sea of Sand.
After sunrise, continue towards the volcano crater. The walk takes approximately 45 minutes and offers an unforgettable volcanic landscape.
Return to the hotel to freshen up before travelling by local train towards Kalibaru.
Evening: Relax at the resort, enjoy the pool or consider a traditional Indonesian massage.

Start the morning with a visit to local coffee and cocoa plantations.
Learn how coffee is dried and, when possible, how cocoa is fermented. Enjoy a local coffee or tea with a traditional fried-banana snack.
Continue to Gilimanuk, Java's gateway to Bali, and cross the Java Strait by ferry.
Arrive in Bali and travel along the scenic west coast to Pemuteran, a peaceful beach destination.
